Commitment

First we would like to share our positive coaching philosophy.  Our coaches are committed to the principles of Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA).   US Lacrosse and PCA encourage the “Double Goal Coaching”.  Coaching  youth players involves not only the philosophy of winning but more importantly, the development of character in young people and teaching life lessons.

As coaches we will set a positive example, embrace the double goal coach mentality and emphasize respect and sportsmanship through “Honoring the Game”.
